LPA will bring rain to PH

According to the weather agency, Tuesday’s low-pressure area (LPA) will bring rain to the majority of the nation.
Over Mindanao, Palawan, the Visayas, and the Bicol Region, the LPA, which was last monitored 280 kilometers southeast of Davao City, may deliver isolated rain showers and thunderstorms.
In its 4 a.m. bulletin, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) stated that it is still unlikely that the LPA will intensify into a tropical cyclone during the next 48 hours.
The northeast monsoon will bring rain to Cagayan Valley, Apayao, and Ilocos Norte as well.
When it rains moderately to occasionally heavily, these locations are susceptible to flash floods or landslides.
The northeast monsoon is expected to bring light rain to Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon, according to PAGASA.
Over Luzon and the Visayas, however, there will be moderate to severe winds and moderate to rough waves.
The eastern shoreline of Central Luzon, the eastern and western seaboards of Southern Luzon, and the seaboards of Northern Luzon are all expected to see rough to very rough seas.
Fishing boats and other small seacrafts were cautioned not to enter the water, and bigger seacrafts were warned against strong waves.
There will be light to moderate winds and modest to moderate seas across Mindanao.
