The Land Transportation Organization (LTO) introduced a new digital service on Tuesday that enables members of the public to send the organization complaints and suggestions via their mobile devices.

LTO chief assistant secretary Jose Arturo “Jay Art” Tugade introduced the QR (quick response) code that has been placed in all LTO districts and regional offices countrywide during a press conference at the LTO Central Office in Quezon City.

The public can use the “Isumbong Mo Kay Chief” QR code service to scan a QR code that will take them to a survey form where they can give the organization specific input.

In addition, they have the option of choosing from a list of frequent grievances like delayed service, unfriendly staff, unclean surroundings, or fixer presence.

Alternatively, they can email ltoco.feedback@gmail.com with their comments.

The “Isumbong Mo Kay Chief” QR code is a component of LTO’s efforts to digitize its business processes and enhance customer satisfaction.

Isa po ito sa mga inisyatibo ng LTO tungo sa mas epektibong pagseserbisyo sa taumbayan at sa mabilis na mga transaksyon lalo na’t pursigido nating itinutulak ang full digitalization ng ahensya, said Tugade.

He also advised the public to use the online feedback mechanism platform to report their grievances so that they can be reviewed and addressed by the agency.
