Number coding will be suspended from April 5 through 10.

On Holy Wednesday, April 5, the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) halted the use of the number coding system.

According to its advisory, the suspension will start at 5:00 pm and last until 8:00 pm.

The number coding scheme has been suspended from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. on April 5, Miyerkules Santo, in order to give people time to prepare for the next Semana Santa.

“Number coding scheme is suspended till April 10, a routine holiday,” it stated.

Work at executive branch government offices will be suspended starting at noon on April 5 to allow staff members to travel to their home provinces, Malacaang previously said.
