The ITCZ is expected to deliver rain showers to areas of the Visayas and Palawan
According to a weather forecaster, rainfall will fall across Palawan and portions of the Visayas as a result of the Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) impacting Mindanao on Monday.
Weather conditions in the Western Visayas, Central Visayas, and Palawan will be overcast with sporadic rain showers and thunderstorms in the next days.
“The remainder of Luzon will be blessed with pleasant weather conditions. Localized thunderstorms are anticipated to produce a few isolated rain showers “Meno Mendoza of the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) expressed concern about the weather (PAGASA).
He predicts that the remainder of the Visayas will likewise enjoy pleasant weather. Mendoza went on to say that isolated thunderstorms were probable.
The rest of Mindanao, on the other hand, will have pleasant weather with a few scattered thunderstorms.
Weather forecasts for the whole archipelago predict light to moderate winds and minor to moderate seas in most areas.
During the meanwhile, Mendoza said that PAGASA does not anticipate a weather disturbance that may impact any part of the country during the next two to three days.
He went on to say that no meteorological disturbances are presently being observed outside of the Philippine Area of Responsibility.
