On Friday, the Russian Foreign Ministry stated that an additional 500 Americans, including former US president Barack Obama, have been denied entry into Russia indefinitely.

Significant individuals, officials, parliamentarians, experts, and CEOs of military-industrial businesses are among those recently blacklisted, according to a statement from the ministry.

According to Moscow, the travel ban was implemented in response to the US administration of US President Joe Biden’s repeated imposition of anti-Russian sanctions.

Washington needs to understand that any hostile action taken against Russia would be met with a robust response, the ministry said.
