The number of APORs who have received free trips has surpassed 11 million, according to the LTFRB
Under the Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board’s (LTFRB) Service Contracting Program, public utility vehicles (PUV) have delivered a total of 11,164,036 free trips to health care professionals and other allowed people outside of home (APOR) (SCP).
The LTFRB said the figure was recorded from the commencement of the program on March 29 to the present in a Facebook post on Monday.
It said that the free trips for medical personnel and APOR are accessible countrywide, not simply in the National Capital Region.

PUV drivers and operators who join the program between May 1, 2021 and June 15, 2021 will get a one-time incentive of PHP20,000, as well as a PHP7,000 weekly incentive for drivers who check in to the program’s mobile app five days a week, according to the announcement.
The LTFRB organized another general registration and orientation session for PUV drivers and operators interested in joining the SCP last week.
