No cash assistance in the PhilSys-LandBank deal.

The Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) on Tuesday cautioned the general population against unapproved sites and web-based media pages that are presenting bogus data related to the Philippine Identification System (PhilSys) project.

The PSA gave a warning repudiating the entrance dswd-ayuda-news.blogspot.com, which has been posting unconfirmed data on the securing of the Philippine Identification (PhilID) card or the public ID.

“Huwag maniwala sa pahayag nitong makakatanggap ang PhilSys registrants ng PHP10,000 pagkatapos magrehistro (Do not trust in explanations that PhilSys registrants will get PHP10,000 cash help after enlistment),” the warning read.

Under the co-area system of PSA with Land Bank of the Philippines (LandBank), the initial ledgers of registrants after the fulfillment of the Step 2 biometrics process is deliberate and does exclude cash help.
