7 of the 16 prosecutor’s offices in the NCR received an ‘outstanding’ rating.
MANILA, Philippines β The National Prosecution Service (NPS) announced on Monday that seven of its 16 offices in the National Capital Region have been rated as “excellent” for 2021.
Prosecutor Honey Delgado, a spokesperson for Prosecutor General Benedicto Malcontento’s office, stated in a text message that the ranking is based on “case aging as well as case disposition.”
OCP Pasig under Rey Camilo Dumlao II, OCP Las Pias under Marlyn Cynthia Fatima Madamba-Luang, OCP San Juan under Blas Antonio Tuliao, OCP Makati under Dindo Venturanza, OCP Muntinlupa under Aileen Marie Gutierrez, OCP Caloocan under Ferdinand Valbuena, and OCP Pasay under Elmer Cris Rillo received an outstanding rating.
For the third year in a row, OCP Muntinlupa has been deemed exceptional.
The evaluations for the other OCPs in Metro Manila were “extremely satisfactory.”
Other OCPs still lack the manpower needed to set up a case monitoring system.
