MANILA, Philippines — The National Capital Region Police Office (NCRPO) Patrolling and Response Operations Training to Empower CVOs and Tanod (P.R.O.T.E.C.T) was completed by 369 Unified Force Multipliers in Paranaque City at the Don Bosco Covered Court in Barangay Don Bosco.

NCRPO chief Maj. Gen. Felipe Natividad said in a statement on Sunday that the training aims to improve the capabilities and confidence of barangay force multipliers and other participants in performing their peacekeeping tasks.

A demonstration of yantok (rattan stick) and several handcuffing tactics by the Unified Force Multipliers, he said, was part of the program.

Natividad expressed gratitude for the support of local government units in the NCRPO’s efforts to combat all types of criminality, illegal substances, and terrorism.
