BUTUAN CITY, PHILIPPINES – Bachelor Express, Inc. (BEI), a bus company, said in a statement Tuesday that bus routes from Bohol to Davao City, which pass through this area and other Caraga provinces, have been opened for the first time.

BEI said air-conditioned bus units with amenities like a comfortable lounge, charging connections for cellphones and other gadgets, and television monitors for entertainment were deployed in the new route starting Monday.

According to the company, all buses will adopt a one-meter-apart seating layout to comply with health regulations.

Aside from this city, the new road will pass via other municipalities in the Caraga Region, including Nasipit in Agusan del Norte, Prosperidad and San Francisco in Agusan del Sur, and Nasipit in Agusan del Sur.

Every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 10 a.m., there will be a trip.

The Philippine Ports Authority’s Port Management Office of Agusan (PMO-Agusan) in Nasipit issued a statement congratulating the new route’s launch.

The Bachelor buses will arrive in Mindanao via sea vessel at the Nasipit Port in Agusan del Norte from Bohol.

PMO-Agusan remarked, “Nasipit Port enthusiastically welcomes Bachelor Express Inc.’s newest route bringing passengers from Davao headed for Bohol and vice versa.”

The new route, it added, marks the port’s first as a jumping-off point for the provinces of Agusan del Norte and Agusan del Sur, as well as other parts of Mindanao.
