MANILA, Philippines — According to a forecaster, fair and warm weather will dominate over Luzon and the Visayas, but rains will fall in Mindanao on voting day.
Over Mindanao, the intertropical convergence zone (ITCZ) will produce cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms.
“Take cautious during mild to moderate, and at times heavy rains,” advised Aldczar Aurelio of the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA).
He also stated that no meteorological disturbances or low-pressure areas are currently being observed both inside and outside the Philippine Area of Responsibility.
Meanwhile, Aurelio predicted that the weather will be pleasant throughout Luzon.

The temperature in Metro Manila and Tuguegarao could reach 36 degrees Celsius, while Laoag could reach 34 degrees Celsius.

In Tacloban, temperatures could reach 34 degrees Celsius; in Iloilo, Cebu, Zamboanga, and Davao, temperatures could reach 32 degrees Celsius.
