Joey Concepcion, the creator of Go Negosyo and Presidential Adviser for Entrepreneurship, has organized a committee of economic and health specialists to advise the private sector on “potential avenues” to return to normalcy.

Concepcion said in a statement on Thursday that he will be meeting important specialists from the business and health sectors who were crucial in offering guidance and a perspective over the previous two years during the coronavirus disease 2019 (Covid-19) epidemic.

“Over the past two years, we’ve learned how crucial it is to have professionals from many sectors helping us through the pandemic. Experts are trusted by our citizens, and their recommendations are supported by research and statistics, he said.

His list of specialists who “lend their insights for Go Negosyo’s pandemic response activities” included their names. Dr. Teddy Herbosa, special adviser to the National Task Force Against Covid-19, Dr. Nina Gloriani, chair of the Covid-19 Technical Working Group, Dr. Rontgene Solante, director of the UP Manila Institute of Molecular Biology and Biotechnology, Dr. Edsel Salvaa, Dr. Maricar Limpin, president of the Philippine College of Physicians, Dr. Tony Leachon, and Drs. Michael Tee, Prof. Ranjit Rye, Dr.

The alert level system, the use of face masks, and Covid-19 vaccinations will be the main topics of discussion at this expert group’s meeting on Friday.

“People are unsure of which advice to heed. Is it okay to use masks outside? What circumstances call for the alert levels to be raised? Why aren’t Covid vaccinations available in pharmacies? These are relatively straightforward inquiries, but it is necessary to provide a clearer image of what we can and cannot do this time in a secure manner, according to President Rodrigo Duterte’s counsel.

Concepcion advised the nation to maintain its two-year-old improvements in both health and economic recovery.

“It has been more than two years since this pandemic disturbed our lives and our way of life. I believe it is now necessary to lay forth a clear plan for how the nation must return to normalcy and incite individuals to take responsibility for their own health,” he said.
