Digitalization increases government effectiveness and the economy.
According to a Globe Telecom Inc. (Globe) official, the digitalization of government procedures would increase the effectiveness of the institution as a whole, ultimately reviving the economy of the nation.
The proposed e-governance law, a new attempt to pass a previous Senate measure on government digitalization that was stalled at the committee level in the 18th Congress, was welcomed by Globe President and CEO Ernest Cu.
