After recovering from coronavirus disease 2019 (Covid-19), President Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr.’s health is still getting better, Malacanang reported on Friday.
Despite getting the virus, the Chief Executive has exhibited indications of improvement, according to press secretary Trixie Cruz-Angeles, who cited the medical results of Marcos’ attending physician.
When Cruz-Angeles was asked for an update on Marcos’ health, she responded, “Okay na po (He’s OK now)”.
The required seven-day isolation for Marcos is also over.
On July 13, the sixth day after testing positive for the antigen Covid-19, he was deemed free of all symptoms.
After his isolation, Marcos can engage in face-to-face interactions, according to his personal doctor, Dr. Samuel Zacate, who spoke on Wednesday.
