In a statement, the CHR declared September 21 to be the International Day of Peace. End racism. Promoting peace is the theme for this year.
The CHR urged Filipinos to uphold their shared responsibility as humans “to create a secure society where understanding, compassion, and acceptance prevail” to combat bigotry and hatred.
