ACCOMMODATION: The three bedroom units (200 sq mtrs) are located on the ground and first floors. Each ground floor unit has a garden in the front veranda and a barbecue area in the back. Each overlooks the swimming pool and garden, where you can enjoy the sunrise or relax in the cool evening breeze. The front veranda leads into a spacious, ceramic tiled lounge, which extends into the dining area. The verandah is equipped with attractive outdoor furniture and small front garden area with a gate to the swimming pool and communal gardens. Especially designed serving hatch, elaborately ornamented with carved birds, wildlife and flowers connects the dining lounge with the modern, fitted kitchen. Here, you will find a modern worktop, easy to clean floor and wall tiles and a fume extractor. The extravagant master-en-suite contains floor to ceiling wardrobes designed to protect your clothes, while the luxurious Carrara marble bathroom comes with a bath, shower, granite vanity top, double basins, toilet and bidet. The remaining two bedrooms share a luxurious bathroom and guest toilet. These properties can be booked for the price of the two bedroomed ones where there are up to 4 people and the 3rd bedroom is not required. All bedrooms are air-conditioned. Each of our one bedroomed properties has been meticulously planned and elegantly finished to the smallest detail to offer you the most luxury. There are two sizes, 110 sq mtr and 150 sq mtr properties. In either, the lounge, the dining area and the twin bedrooms with single beds are spacious, with large mahogany doors leading onto a terrace overlooking the pool and gardens. There is a fully equipped kitchen with gas cooker oven and a fridge/freezer. Modern kitchen cupboards are fitted with magnetic closures and mosquito proof louvres. Ceramic floor tiles keep the entire area cool.
