RESTAURANTS : Choice of dining in 2 restaurants: Le Grand Bay - is the main restaurant that overlooks the pool and offers a wonderful American-style buffet breakfast to kick start your day. Evening meals are in the style of theme buffets. These theme buffets cater for different tastes, providing foods from around the world such as Chinese, Mauritian, Indian, and the special Fisherman's Buffet. Le Palmier - has a large terrace opening on to the bay and the pool providing an intimate, tropical setting for fine dining. Open every day for lunch and snacks and offering a choice of three menu's (with a supplement payable) for dinner on most evening.
