LOCATION: Standing guard over the bay of Doha, the imposing pyramid-shaped Sheraton Doha Hotel and Resort has been a landmark on the prestigious West Bay Peninsula since it opened in February 1982. The Al Dafna Convention Center opened in 1997 has a capacity of 3000
persons: the largest and most modern conference center in the Middle
East. Like the smaller Al Majlis and Al Rayan Halls, it is fully equipped
with simultaneous translation facilities, state of the art sound and
projection systems, TV studios and much more. The Salwa Hall, and ideal
venue for banquets, can be divided into three seperate areas for smaller
