President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. has officially adopted the administration’s brand of governance and leadership campaign, known as “Bagong Pilipinas” (New Philippines). This campaign calls for a deep and fundamental transformation across all sectors of society and government, aiming to foster comprehensive policy reforms and achieve full economic recovery.

In a three-page memorandum circular dated July 3, 2023, and signed by Executive Secretary Lucas Bersamin, the President directed all national government agencies (NGAs), instrumentalities, government-owned or controlled corporations (GOCCs), and state universities and colleges (SUCs) to incorporate the “Bagong Pilipinas” campaign into their programs, activities, and projects.

The “Bagong Pilipinas” logo has been officially approved to symbolize this movement.

The memorandum stated, “All NGAs and instrumentalities, including GOCCs and SUCs, shall adopt the ‘Bagong Pilipinas’ logo and incorporate the same in their letterheads, websites, official social media accounts, and other documents and instruments about flagship programs of the government.”

The essence of the “Bagong Pilipinas” campaign revolves around a principled, accountable, and dependable government, working hand in hand with unified institutions of society to fulfill the dreams and aspirations of every Filipino. 🇵🇭✨
