CEB also canceled 24 domestic and international flights last Wednesday due to a labor shortage caused by the rising number of coronavirus infections.
On January 13, the Philippines set a new daily record of 34,021 new cases, the most since March 2020.
Affected travelers have 60 days to rebook their flights, get a refund, or put the money in a travel fund, according to CEB.
