Since the war began, about 9 million Ukrainian refugees have entered Poland.
According to the Polish Border Guards, more than 9 million Ukrainians have walked into neighboring Poland since the war started.
According to a tweet from the organization, as of Tuesday, the total number of Ukrainian refugees who had crossed into Poland since the start of the Russia-Ukraine war on February 24 had surpassed 9 million by a whole 74,000.
It further stated that 29,900 people traveled from Ukraine to Poland just yesterday.
However, since then, 7.25 million Ukrainians have left Poland, according to the Polish Border Guards, bringing the total number of Ukrainian refugees who have been officially registered to 1.5 million, the UNHCR refugee agency reported last month.
Poland spent the most among its fellow members in 2022 on housing, healthcare, and other services for Ukrainians, according to the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD), which was mentioned in a second tweet.
