MANILA, Philippines — On Wednesday, fair weather will continue to dominate across Luzon and most of the country, according to the meteorological agency.

“Warm weather will be experienced across most places due to easterlies hitting (the) eastern section,” said Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) Aldczar Aurelio.

No meteorological disturbances were seen inside or beyond the Philippine Area of Responsibility, according to Aurelio.

PAGASA’s 4 a.m. weather forecast predicted a temperature of 33°C in Metro Manila, 32°C in Tuguegarao, Puerto Princesa, and the Kalayaan Islands, and 30°C in Tagaytay.

The easterlies will bring isolated rainfall and thunderstorms to Eastern Visayas and Caraga, according to Aurelio.

“Be prepared for light to moderate, and occasionally heavy rains that may create flooding or landslides,” he advised.

For the rest of the Visayas and Mindanao, PAGASA predicts good weather with isolated thunderstorms.

Over extreme northern Luzon, moderate winds and moderate seas will prevail.

Winds will be light to moderate elsewhere, with modest to moderate seas.
