The low-cost airline Cebu Pacific (CEB) announced on Monday that it will operate 13 local and international destinations and expand its Clark hub with three more aircraft.

General Santos City and Cagayan de Oro in Mindanao, Puerto Princesa City in Palawan in Luzon, and Caticlan, Davao, Cebu, Iloilo, and Bacolod in the Visayas are all destinations that CEB travels to via Clark.

“We are thrilled to reestablish our presence at such a crucial gateway, which will improve connectivity and accessibility for travelers. Additionally, it enables us to expand our third operational center in the Philippines, which will aid in creating economic possibilities to support the nation’s growth strategy, according to a statement from CEB President Xander Lao.

The Clark International Airport in Pampanga offers direct flights to Hong Kong, Bangkok, Singapore, Narita, and Macau.

For the Clark hub, CEB will hire an additional 140 people, including pilots, cabin crew, and ground staff. This will result in more job opportunities, particularly for locals.

To encourage more people to fly, CEB announced that it will offer seats for as little as PHP1 base cost on all of its flights to and from Clark from February 27 to March 1.
