A few Metrobank locations are open on holidays.
Some Metrobank locations will be open for a shorter amount of time on the Araw ng Kagitingan (Day of Valor) holiday and on the non-working days of Holy Week.
Customers can check which branches are open on April 6, 8, and 10 by visiting https://www.metrobank.com.ph/branch-schedule, the bank advised in a Monday alert.
By April 11 (Tuesday), “all Metrobank branches will resume operations,” it stated.
Customers can still use the bank’s web and mobile apps to access their accounts, conduct transactions, withdraw cash from one of the many automated teller machines, and deposit money into cash acceptor devices.
To prevent any disruption, it continued, “Metrobank recommends its clients to finish their branch-based transactions before the holidays.”
Both the domestic toll-free number at 1-800-1888-5775 and the hotline (02) 88-700-700 are available to customers around-the-clock.
