Starting February 1, the price of an 11-kg cylinder of LPG will increase by P44.
Starting Tuesday, the price of liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) will rise by PHP4 per kilogram.
For a standard 11-kilogram LPG cylinder, this corresponds to a PHP44 increase.
Petron, Phoenix Super LPG, and Solane are among the LPG brands that have raised their prices.
Phoenix’s auto-LPG pricing climbed by PHP2.24 per liter, while Petron’s jumped by PHP2.23 per liter.
The pricing changes went into effect at 12:01 a.m. on Tuesday.
In its advice, Petron stated, “These reflect the worldwide contract price of LPG for the month of February.”
