President Rodrigo Duterte, according to Malacanang, is in good health for his age.

The statement was made by Acting Presidential Spokesperson and Cabinet Secretary Karlo Nograles after it was disclosed that Duterte was placed under mandatory quarantine after being exposed to a domestic staff member who tested positive for coronavirus illness 2019. (Covid-19).

“Pagkatapos ng kaniyang (After his) routine medical checkup, okay naman si Pangulo ‘no (The President is okay),” Nograles stated in a virtual press briefing.

According to him, Duterte’s last day of exposure to a Covid-19 positive case was January 28, according to the President’s physician’s opinion.
