Starting Friday, the Mactan-Cebu International Airport (MCIA) will enforce a “one health pass” policy for international visitors coming to the Philippines (Nov. 26).

“Effective November 26, 2021, 00:00H, all international passengers arriving at MCIA must register for a One Health Pass (OHP) account via https://onehealthpass.com.ph/ in accordance with the Inter-Agency Task Force (IATF) Resolution No. 135 dated August 26, 2021,” the airport management said in a public advisory on Thursday.

Beginning November 25, at midnight, the present MCIA Passenger Arrival Registration Form will be obsolete.

Passengers arriving on the 26th and 27th of November must create an OHP account and complete the electronic Health Declaration Checklist (eHDC) at least one day prior to their scheduled departure.

Passengers arriving after November 27 should register for an OHP account at least three days before their scheduled departure, according to MCIA.

“Passengers are asked to ensure that the OHP protocol is completed and followed to prevent being denied boarding,” the airport advice continued.
