5 retailers receive gold ‘Bagwis Awards’ from the DTI-Zambales.
Bagwis awards were given out by the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) office in Zambales-Olongapo City to five goods retailers who provided exceptional customer service in the year 2021.
The DTI-Bagwis Program rewards establishments that respect consumers’ rights while developing great customer relations, according to DTI officer-in-charge provincial director Enrique Tacbad in a statement released on Thursday (CWDs).
On Wednesday, he noted, Abenson and Ace Hardware, both in Waltermart, Subic, Zambales; Toyota Subic in Subic Bay Freeport; Ace Hardware in SM Central-Olongapo City; and Expressions in Iba, Zambales received the Gold Seal Award.
The Bronze Seal, Silver Seal, and Gold Seal are the three tiers of the DTI Bagwis Awards.
DTI, according to Tacbad, will continue to promote the national office’s customer service excellence programs in order to benefit more consumers.
