Career officers are encouraged to attend the yearly NUCESO forum.
The annual National Union of Career Executive Service Officers (NUCESO) conference will take place at the Masbate City Coliseum from October 19 to 21. Malacanang urged career officers to attend on Saturday.
The annual forum is open to all Career Executive Service (CES) Officers, CES Eligibles, Career Service Executive Eligibles, and other third-level officials thanks to Memorandum Circular (MC) 7 that Executive Secretary Lucas Bersamin signed on Thursday.
All Career Executive Service (CES) Officers, CES eligibles, Career Service Executive eligibles, and other third-level officials are encouraged to participate in this, and those who are interested may attend on the job as long as their respective heads of office have granted them the necessary clearances or powers, according to MC 7.
The order states that attendees must ensure their participation in the Nuceso conference “will not adversely affect the operations of their offices, as well as the delivery of services to the public.”
MC 7 goes into effect immediately, and a copy of it was published on the Official Gazette’s website on Friday.
The national union of career executives, also known as third-level officials, from various government departments and agencies in the nation is called NUCESO. Its goal is to advance careerism and professionalism in the public sector.
With the topic “Transformational Leadership: Redefining the Role of Career Executive Service Officers as Agents of Change,” it will have its 21st annual conference in Masbate City.
This month’s annual event will cooperate with its institutional members, the Development Academy of the Philippines, and the Aboitiz Equity Ventures, Inc.
The goal of this year’s forum is to provide participants with insights and helpful advice so they can develop their leadership abilities and become more adaptable, resourceful, and responsive to the needs of the government and the welfare of the public to support the top initiatives and programs under the Marcos administration.
The cost to participate in the annual event is PHP6,000 per person, and registration is done online at http://forms.gle/PRit2yyyQPAUBFcy8.
The NUCESO Secretariat can also be reached via phone at 0949-710-5350 or by email at nucesosecretariat@gmail.com.
