Since the agency’s official mobile app, the Virtual Pag-IBIG Mobile App, was released on Thursday, Pag-IBIG members can now access their Pag-IBIG savings and annual dividends, payments history, loan balance, and dues via their smartphones, according to the agency’s top executives.

“Pag-IBIG Fund is making more efforts to make its services more accessible to its members, this time by utilizing information technology. According to Secretary Jose Rizalino L. Acuzar of the Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD), who also serves as chair of the 11-member Pag-IBIG Fund Board of Trustees, “The Virtual Pag-IBIG Mobile App is one of our many efforts to heed President Ferdinand R. Marcos, Jr.’s call to make Pag-services IBIG’s and benefits even more accessible to our members.

Members can check their Pag-IBIG savings and annual dividends using the mobile app. They can also confirm savings payments and loan payments made via all channels, as well as keep track of their loan balances and due dates. To preserve and secure member data, members can use the mobile app using their Virtual Pag-IBIG accounts.

Acmad Rizaldy P. Moti, the chief executive officer of the Pag-IBIG Fund, added that more services would be added to the Virtual Pag-IBIG Mobile App over the following weeks. These services include making payments online as well as applying for cash and home loans online.

Following the popularity of our online service platform, the Virtual Pag-IBIG, which has helped over 3.6 million members since its introduction in 2019, we created the Virtual Pag-IBIG Mobile App. Additionally, just like our online service facility, we will continue to expand our mobile app to include all of our services in order to give all of our members 24/7 access to another safe, convenient, and secure way to receive their Pag-IBIG rewards. We are actually bringing Pag-IBIG Fund services to the fingertips of our members using the Virtual Pag-IBIG Mobile App, Moti remarked.
