The shear line impacting eastern Mindanao and the northeast monsoon hitting Luzon and the Visayas…

Rain is expected over PH on Monday due to three weather systems.

According to the forecasting agency, three weather systems will continue to bring rain to most of the nation.
The shear line may bring isolated rain showers and thunderstorms to the Bicol Region, the provinces of Isabela, Aurora, Quezon, Northern Samar, and mainland Cagayan. The low-pressure area (LPA) was last tracked 195 km north of Legazpi City, Albay.
According to the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Agency (PAGASA), moderate to heavy, and occasionally intense rainfall is expected to cause flash floods or landslides in these locations.
According to PAGASA, the likelihood of the LPA intensifying into a tropical cyclone is not completely disregarded.
Due to the northeast monsoon, the rain will also cover the remainder of the Cagayan Valley, the Cordillera Administrative Region, and Ilocos Norte. Rainfall that ranges from light to quite heavy can cause flash floods or landslides.
Across Mindanao, the rest of the Visayas, and Mimaropa, isolated rain showers brought on by localized thunderstorms are predicted. According to PAGASA, during heavy thunderstorms, these locations may experience flash floods or landslides.
The northeast monsoon will bring mild showers to Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon.
Throughout the whole archipelago, moderate to severe winds and moderate to rough seas are predicted.
The northern, eastern, and western coasts of Luzon as well as Northern Luzon’s western coast are expected to see rough to extremely rough seas.
In addition to warning bigger sea vessels against high waves, PAGASA cautioned fishing boats and other small seacrafts not to enter the water.
