The most recent appointments in many agencies made by President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. were revealed by Malacanang on Thursday.

A list of names as of March 6 was made available to reporters by the Presidential Communications Office (PCO).

Jonathan Malaya, a former undersecretary, and spokesperson for the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG), was appointed assistant director general of the National Security Council (NSC).

Over his time in the public sector, Malaya has worked for nine government organizations, including the Office of the President, the Department of Education, and the Office of the Solicitor General.

Diorella Maria “Lala” Sotto-Antonio, a former councilwoman for Quezon City, was reappointed as head of the Cinema and Television Review and Classification Board (MTRCB).

Her initial appointment, which was made in July 2022, will end on September 30 of this year.

Additionally, appointments were made in the Office of the President (OP), Department of Agriculture (DA), Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD), Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE), Department of Migrant Workers (DMW), Department of Transportation (DOTr), government-owned or -controlled corporations (GOCCs), and Presidential Management Staff (PMS).
