6 domestic flights were canceled because of bad weather
As of 1:33 p.m. on Thursday, the Manila International Airport Authority (MIAA) confirmed that at least six domestic flights had been canceled.
These flights were the Manila-Busuanga-Manila CebGo (DG) 6047/6048 and PAL Express (2P) 2963/2964.
DG 6117/6118 Manila-Naga-Manila were also canceled.
Since meteorological disturbance Amang has already degraded into a low-pressure area (LPA), there is no longer any tropical cyclone wind signal raised over any section of the nation.
However, the meteorological service predicted that the LPA will continue to bring rain to parts of Calabarzon, including Rizal, Quezon, and much of Metro Manila and Central Luzon.
