Eastern Visayas and Mindanao remain affected by Easterlies.
According to the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA), easterlies are still having an impact on eastern Visayas and Mindanao.
The weather office predicted that Metro Manila and the rest of the nation would have partly cloudy to the cloudy sky with sporadic rain showers or thunderstorms due to easterlies and localized thunderstorms in its 4 a.m. advisory.
Additionally, northeasterly light to moderate winds will continue to dominate across Luzon, producing light to moderate seas.
Along with light to moderate winds and waters moving from east to northeast, the Visayas and Mindanao will experience these conditions.
The temperature is between 27 and 33 degrees Celsius.
