📞 Commuter Hotline for Transport Concerns, Complaints Launched
The Department of Transportation (DOTr) has introduced a centralized hotline for the public to report concerns and complaints regarding transportation issues.
According to a news release on Wednesday, the commuter hotline, 0920-964-3687, will be operational from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Mondays to Fridays.
Transportation Secretary Jaime Bautista stated that the hotline serves as the agency’s platform for receiving complaints and reports of red tape from citizens within its offices and attached agencies.
“We have established this hotline because we recognize the public’s crucial role in fostering a clean and efficient DOTr,” Bautista said. “We encourage our fellow Filipinos to report their concerns via the commuter hotline, as these require the full attention of the DOTr and its attached agencies.”
