Most of the country will see partly cloudy to the cloudy sky with scattered rain showers, according to the meteorological bureau.

“There is currently no weather disruption. Rain will fall, mainly in central Luzon, as a result of the frontal system “Grace Castaeda, a forecaster of the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA), stated.

Over the provinces of Aurora and Quezon, as well as the Bicol Region, scattered rain showers and thunderstorms are expected.

Residents in these locations, according to Castaeda, must be prepared for probable flash floods or landslides during moderate to severe rainfall.

The amihan, or northeast monsoon, will bring light rains to Cagayan Valley, as well as isolated light rains to Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon.

Isolated rain showers will occur across the rest of the country as a result of localized thunderstorms.

Over northern and central Luzon, moderate to high winds and moderate to rough waves will dominate.

Over the northern Luzon seaboards, strong to gale-force winds are expected. Larger sea vessels are warned of strong waves, while fishing boats and other small sea vessels are cautioned not to enter into the water.

Winds will be light to moderate elsewhere, with modest to moderate seas.
