MANILA, Philippines — Alan Peter Cayetano, a senatorial candidate, advocated for more forums where candidates in the May 9 national and municipal elections can participate in order to improve voter education.

Cayetano believes it is critical for people to familiarize themselves with the candidates and their agendas.
