MANILA, Philippines — Only 18 of Pasay City’s 201 barangays have active coronavirus cases, according to the city government (Covid-19).

According to the local government’s newest Covid-19 data, Barangay 201 has three cases, Barangay 24 has two cases, and the rest have one case each, for a total of 21 current cases.

According to data from the City Epidemiology and Surveillance Unit (CESU), the city has given out 714,343 doses of Covid-19 vaccination to its inhabitants.

The daily immunization rate in the city is 1,294 doses.

With 115,098 fully immunized economic front-liners, the city likewise had the highest vaccination coverage, followed by 71,974 totally inoculated senior persons.

Mayor Emi Calixto-Rubiano urged residents to get the Covid-19 immunizations, especially now that the government has approved vaccination for children aged 5 to 11 and children aged 12 to 17.

In its Double Dragon Plaza vaccination center and Giga vaccination site in the SM Mall of Asia Activity Center, the city government is already accepting walk-in vaccinees for kid vaccination and booster delivery.
