Drivers are recommended to stay away from the regions of San Beda University in the San Miguel district and De La Salle University in Malate during the four days of the 2022 Bar Examinations because the city of Manila will enforce traffic restrictions in these areas.

The city government announced the closures of the following routes on social media on Saturday: Mendiola Street; Concepcion Aguila Street, which will only be open to approved cars (local residents) on November 9, 13, and 16; and 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th Streets.

There won’t be any access to Taft Avenue in either direction near La Salle.

On the exam dates, there will be closures from midnight to 11 p.m.

Before, during, and after the exam dates, Manila has also imposed a booze restriction, the prohibition of ambulant vendors, and noise control measures close to the two colleges.

The city government has declared a ban on ambulant sellers, videoke, karaoke, loud sound systems, speakers, and all other equipment creating loud or annoying sounds, as well as people or groups making loud noises nearby.

There will be 9,916 examinees nationally, according to the latest estimate, and the second exam will be taken digitally using personal laptops with a secure program and at various locations.

The other testing locations in Metro Manila are the University of the Philippines-Bonifacio Global City in Taguig, Ateneo de Manila University in Quezon City, and Manila Adventist College in Pasay City.
