992K visitors arrive in Aurora throughout the course of 10 months.

In just 10 months, this province has welcomed more than 990,000 visitors, and the number is projected to rise throughout the Christmas season.

According to Ana Riza S. Mendoza, a provincial tourism officer, from January to October of this year, 992,112 travelers from both domestic and foreign countries visited the province’s different tourist spots.

There were 385,913 overnight and same-day passengers in Dipaculao town, the majority of which were going to the well-known Dinadiawan Beach.

Baler’s main city came in second with 151,097 visitors overall. The Dicasalarin Cove, Ditumabo Mother Falls, Sabang Beach, and Diguisit Rock Formations are among of Baler’s most popular tourist attractions.

13,983 tourists arrived overnight and on the same day in the cave-rich city of Dingalan.

Contrarily, Maria Aurora town saw a total of 77,105 tourists. Balete Park, where the nation’s Millennium Tree, a centuries-old balete tree that is reputed to be the largest in Asia, is located, is the municipality’s main draw.

San Luis had 58,654 visitors, Casiguran had 54,745 visitors, Dinalungan had 52,890 visitors, and Dilasag had 48,428 visitors.

Mendoza claimed that the data used to create the report came from the province’s municipal tourist departments.

She claimed that in order to promote both established and recently found tourist destinations and attractions in the province, they hired 12 local vloggers.

In the multi-media exposure effort of the Provincial Tourism Office under the provincial government of Aurora, “We tapped our local vloggers. We covered the settlements of Dinalungan, Casiguran, and Dilasag in northern Aurora last year. Additionally, the central Aurora communities of Baler, San Luis, and Maria Aurora undertook their second project this year. In an interview, Mendoza stated, “We are glad to be with them. Natutuwa naman kami at nakakasama namin sila.

She expressed gratitude to the regional content producers and vloggers for aiding in the promotion of the province’s tourism sector.

“We presented them with a certificate of appreciation for contributing their time and expertise as one of our project’s content contributors. This kind of endeavor will continue for marketing and promotional events. We will keep working together on behalf of the provincial government and the provincial tourism office. Thank you very much, Maraming salamat sa inyo,” Mendoza continued.

Maria Cabel, Maria Cristina Celeteria, Samuel Gocheco, Guillermo Macatiag, Nino Maranding, Christopher Lucas, Julius Tugay, Oscar Bombarda, Jonathan Querijero, Wilfred Reynon, Vincent Gonzales, and this Philippines News Agency reporter were among the local content producers who pledged to continue supporting the Provincial Tourism Office.
