According to data released on Wednesday, the municipal government processed the registrations of at least 15,315 enterprises through the Business One-Stop-Shop (BOSS) in January of this year.

The Business and Licensing Office (BPLO) reports that 2,301 applications were registered electronically, while 13,014 applications were processed manually.

4,202 business licenses have already been given out of the total.

Stela Rose Rayos, the director of permits and licensing, said, “We may grant the business permits after they are finished with all the clearances.”

Business permit applications may be processed at the BOSS on the fourth floor of Ayala Malls Capitol Central until February 15 in accordance with City Council Resolution 21, series of 2023.

Under the facility, the Bureau of Fire Protection, City Health Office, Permits and Licensing Division, City Treasurer’s Office-Licensing Division, and City Planning and Development Office-Zoning Division all give approvals for business permits in one place.

According to data from the previous year, BPLO issued 22,795 business licenses in total between January 1 and December 29.
