• Must have a license from the BSP, e.g.:

  • Other BSP-Supervised Financial Institutions
• Must be registered at the Anti-Money Laundering Council 
• Manual Laundering and Terrorist Financing Prevention Program (MTPP)
• Must have a valid Business Permit to Operate
• Must be willing to provide complete documentary requirements
• Must have at least 1mbps internet connection in the physical outlet and a mobile phone
