Unvaccinated people with comorbidities must have a medical certificate: QC
Residents of Quezon City who are unvaccinated against the coronavirus disease 2019 (Covid-19) but have pre-existing medical issues are exempted from having their reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) testing performed.
Such people should be allowed to work as long as they produce a medical certificate.

“Sana ‘yung katulad na lang sa Singapore, maging libre ‘yung gamutan ng vaccinated na magka-Covid tapos ‘yung sa mga unvaccinated na magkaroon ng Covid, bahala na sila magbayad sa sarili nilang gamot, bahala na sila magbayad Tutal ginusto din nila na ‘wag magpa-vaccine (I wish it were like Singapore, where vaccinated people who get infected with Covid get free treatment while unvaccinated people have to pay for it.) In any case, they chose not to be vaccinated),” wrote netizen Nhettiie Perez in response to the local government’s announcement.
The municipal authority has already given out 4,660,240 Covid-19 vaccines, including booster doses, as of Sunday.
A total of 2,107,149 people have received all of their vaccines.
