PNP records 61 additional recoveries, bringing the total number of active infections down to 648.
The Philippine National Police (PNP) said on Monday that another 61 police officers have recovered from the coronavirus illness 2019 (Covid-19).
According to the police force’s newest Covid-19 tracker, this brings the overall number of recovered cases to 47,814 out of a total of 48,589 verified cases since the pandemic began in March 2020.
A total of 25 additional infections have been reported, increasing the total number of current cases to 648. This is a decrease from the 684 on Sunday.
The number of fatalities remained at 127 as no new deaths were registered.
Meanwhile, the number of completely vaccinated PNP personnel was estimated to be 97.34 percent, or 218,901 out of a total of 224,890.
Those who are hoping for a second chance are ranked at 2.28 percent, or 5,125.
Those who received a booster or third injection make up 43.73 percent of the population, or 95,736 people, while those who were not vaccinated make up 0.38 percent or 864 people.
