Bicol pupils will receive educational assistance on September 10th.

The Department of Social Welfare and Development will provide educational aid to at least 8,395 students in the Bicol Region during the payout schedule on Saturday.

In an interview, Marygizelle Mesa, DSWD-5 information officer, stated that Saturday’s payout is anticipated to be more methodical and structured.

“Only recipients of text messages from our office (DSWD) and some recipients who were contacted by their local government agency on the advice of DSWD would be given attention and given their monetary assistance. Additionally, each province has selected payout locations where claimants may claim the cash reward in the next distribution, “added Mesa.

Beneficiaries from the Mercedes and Labo municipalities in the Camarines Norte province will use SM City Daet as the location.

For the Catanduanes province, students from the towns of Gigmoto, Baras, and Bato must attend to the respective Balay Silangan Poblacion, Gigmoto Central Elementary School District II, and Baras municipal complex.

Students from the municipalities of Baao, Balatan, Bato, Buhi, Bula, Iriga City, and Nabua in the province of Camarines Sur may claim their help at the sports complex in Iriga City.

Beneficiaries from Ligao City and Pioduran for the province of Albay must attend to the Ligao City gym.

The Sorsogon provincial gym in Sorsogon City is where the beneficiaries from Juban and Sorsogon City can claim their assistance for the province of Sorsogon.

The site will be the San Jacinto-covered court while in Masbate, Ticao Island (Batuan, San Fernando, San Jacinto, and Monreal towns).

According to Mesa, the students who would receive the cash grants are the ones that lined up, emailed their office, and completed the link or QR code.

“For those having appointments, don’t forget to bring two copies of valid identification cards, a school ID, a certificate of enrollment, or any other documentation proving your enrollment for the current academic year. If you are the designated representative, you must produce a valid ID (2 photocopies, back-to-back), a school ID or enrollment certificate, and an authorization letter that has been signed by the beneficiaries (adults must sign if of legal age; minors do not need to sign), “She spoke.

The DSWD Bicol also urged the learners who would receive benefits to show up at the designated time and location for payout and should bring original copies of their documentation, a ballpoint pen, water, and snacks.
