
A forum to discuss the Marcos administration’s infrastructure, transportation, and energy ambitions.
In a seminar hosted by the Economic Journalists Association of the Philippines (EJAP) and the MVP Group of Companies, three Cabinet secretaries will go over the infrastructure plans of President Ferdinand Marcos Jr.’s administration.
At the Philippine International Convention Center in Pasay City, a conference titled “The Road Ahead: Priorities for the Next 6 Years” will take place on Monday.
Ivan John Uy, Jaime Bautista, and Raphael Lotilla, the secretaries of information and communications technology, transportation, and energy, will attend the meeting to discuss the government’s objectives for developing digital infrastructure, transportation, and energy.
The executive director of the Public-Private Partnership Center, Ma. Cynthia Hernandez will also share her perspective on upcoming infrastructure projects with the potential for high impact and sustainability.
“One of the obstacles to the nation’s progress has been the lack of high-quality infrastructure. We anticipate the present administration’s objectives and infrastructure projects for this reason, “Cai Ordinario of Business Mirror quoted the EJAP president.
Several corporate executives will also comment on the administration’s infrastructure initiatives.
“I’m hoping this discussion will be able to offer us a clearer view of the infrastructure plan of the new government,” said Ordinario.
EJAP organized a forum for the administration’s economic managers on recovery plans before the event on Monday.
