The Certification of Eligibility (COE) requests has been made more convenient by the Civil Service Commission (CSC).

Regardless of where they took their exam, civil service eligibles can now seek and obtain their COE and authenticated copy in any of the 16 regional offices.

The completion of the Internal Civil Service Eligibility Verification System, which was approved on December 16th, coincides with this significant development.

The technology enables CSC-authorized verifiers to swiftly and simply confirm civil service eligibility from an integrated database made up of people who passed career service written and computerized exams as well as people who were given special eligibility under unique legislation and CSC regulations.

However, the CSC made it clear that only its regional offices are granting COE requests. Its field offices do not yet issue COE.

The organization is also developing the External Civil Service Eligibility Verification System, which will enable the general public to view an individual’s eligibility status on the CSC website.

Within the year, this web application is anticipated to be accessible.

The CSC is working diligently to streamline and digitize its operations in order to make its frontline services more efficient and effective. (CSC’s digitalization and streamlining initiatives continue so that we can provide effective and quick frontline services. Hence, makakaasa ang ating mga stakeholders na mas lalo pang mapapadali ang kanilang transactions sa aming mga opisina. Our stakeholders may expect simpler transactions at our offices, according to CSC chair Karlo Nograles.
