The Minor Basilica of the Immaculate Conception, widely known as Manila Cathedral, located in Intramuros, Manila, has decided to extend the Papal Visit Memorabilia Exhibit until this weekend, providing more opportunities for Catholics to visit and explore the display.

In a social media announcement on Monday, the basilica shared the news of the extended exhibit, now running until July 9.

“Good News! So that many pilgrims and faithful can come and see the memorabilia of the popes, we are extending the exhibit until July 9, 2023,” the post stated.

“We hope to see you here at the Mother Church,” it added warmly.

Originally launched on June 29, during the Pope’s Day celebration, the public display was initially scheduled to conclude on July 2.

The exhibit showcases the liturgical and extra-liturgical items used by St. Paul VI, St. John Paul II, and Pope Francis during their respective visits to the Philippines. It also includes the iconic Pope mobile from Gencars, Inc., which was utilized by Pope Francis during his memorable Papal Visit in 2015.

All these significant memorabilia can be found at the Blessed Souls Chapel of the Manila Cathedral, inviting visitors to immerse themselves in the rich history and spiritual significance of these artifacts.
