According to the most recent survey findings made public by OCTA Research, the majority of Filipinos think President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr.’s government is moving the nation on the right path.

According to the fourth quarter 2022 Tugon ng Masa OCTA survey, 85% of Filipino adults agreed that the Philippines is moving in the right way, with only 6% disagreeing.

In the big cities, 91 percent of Filipino adults in the Visayas say the country is being well steered by the chief executive, compared to 87 percent in Balance Luzon and 84 percent in Mindanao.

In the National Capital Region, 70% of Filipino adults agree that the country is moving on the right path under the Marcos government.

According to socioeconomic levels, Class D, or the lower middle class, recorded the highest level of agreement—86 percent—that the nation is moving in the right way.

On the other hand, 79 percent of Classes ABC, which are primarily upper middle class, and 81 percent of those in Class E, the “poorest of the poor,” concur that the current administration is moving the nation in the correct direction.

1,200 adults participated in the OCTA survey, which was conducted from October 23 to 27.

Filipino respondents were asked: “Do you think the country is leading in the proper way based on the policies and initiatives offered and implemented by the current administration?”

The survey’s margin of error, according to OCTA, is 3 percent.
