Henkel’s IT specialists can now connect to all of its employees’ devices, including laptops, tablets, and smartphones (a total of 60,000 devices worldwide), regardless of the device’s maker or operating system. The decision to use TeamViewer was heavily influenced by its straightforward device implementation and easy integration into Henkel’s current IT environment, which includes links to ServiceNow, Microsoft Azure, and Jamf, among others. Additionally, the solution provided by TeamViewer complies entirely with industry-required security measures including single sign-on, scalable and flexible rights management, and end-to-end encryption.

According to Adrian van Zyl, Product Owner Client & Mobility Operations at Henkel, “TeamViewer Tensor has really increased the effectiveness of our IT assistance. We previously had to manage a wide range of devices and platforms used by our staff around the world using a number of different programs.
We now have a solution in place with TeamViewer that meets all of our needs for remote maintenance and vastly enhances the productivity of our IT specialists. As a result, our core IT support is now safer, easier, and quicker.
